If you’re looking for a personalised Pilates programme, or you’re social distancing at the moment, a one-to-one or small group session might be the perfect solution.
ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
Personalised programmes range from: tailored courses designed to complement your training for a particular sport such as running, tennis, golf or equestrian sports; to gentle programmes to help you to get back into exercise after time off or to build up strength after injury or illness.

Daytime (9am – 3pm) one-to-one sessions are charged at £45 for an hour. Evening and weekend rates available on request.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small Group Sessions are for up to 4 people, and can take place at your home, garden, workplace or other venue of your choice, providing there is enough space! Perfect for couples, family groups or household ‘bubbles’.
Small group classes of up to 4 people are charged as follows per 1-hour session.
- 2 people: £22 per person
- 3 people: £15 per person
- 4 people: £12.50 per person
If hall-hire is needed, you will be responsible for arranging the venue and covering the cost. If you need me to find and book a venue, the cost of the venue will be added to the per-person charge, pro-rata.
